• Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
• Wallets: Select digital wallets as available at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pin codes and orders.

Note: COD orders may have a limit and could attract a nominal handling fee.

Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details. You may be redirected to your bank/issuer’s OTP or authentication system for added security.

Order Processing

• Orders are confirmed once the payment is successfully completed or COD is validated.
• Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with order details and estimated delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver fresh and frozen products within the promised timeframes:

• Standard Delivery: Usually delivered within 24–48 hours in metro cities.
• Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select pin codes if ordered before cut-off time.
• Regional Deliveries: May take 2–4 working days depending on location and courier availability.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to festivals, strikes, traffic, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Our delivery partners are trained to handle frozen/perishable products to maintain freshness and safety.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges may apply based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
• Free Shipping may be offered on orders above a minimum purchase amount, as displayed on our website/app.
• COD orders may include additional service/handling fees.

Delivery Attempts

• If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our courier will attempt delivery again or contact you.
• In case of repeated failed attempts due to customer unavailability/incorrect details, the order may be canceled and delivery charges deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Geographic Availability

• We currently deliver to select pin codes within India.
• Serviceability depends on local courier availability and cold-chain logistics support.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Risk & Responsibility

• Once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.
• Please ensure that someone is available to receive and store frozen/fresh products immediately upon delivery.
• Frozen To Home is not liable for spoilage caused due to delayed receipt, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, traffic restrictions, technical issues, or pandemics. In such cases, we will keep you updated and deliver your order as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email. You can monitor the live status of your order through our website/app or the courier partner’s tracking page.
